Do you accept vouchers?
Yes, we accept all types of vouchers, programs and rental assistances.
How can I apply?
How will I know my application is approved?
After you submit an application, the landlord has 2 - 4 weeks to select you for an interview. If you haven't been contacted by phone call, text message, or email within 4 weeks, you were not selected for an interview.
How can I follow up on the status of my application?
Please do not call our office for updates. Applications are forwarded to the landlord's management team. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted within 2 - 4 weeks. If you don't hear from us by phone within 4 weeks, you were not chosen.
How will I know if my application was not approved?
If you submitted an application and have not received a phone call, text message or an email from our office within 4 weeks you have not been approved.
What if I am not getting a response?
Thank you for your patience as we process multiple applicants daily. If you have not received a response from Joseph Armato or our office please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to get back to you via phone call, text message, email.
What are the office hours?
Our staff responds Monday - Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Some staff may be unavailable during federal holidays.
Can I come to the office in person?
Visits are by appointment only. The office is not open to the public.
Can I submit multiple applications?
Yes, you can submit one application per each apartment you are interested in.
Is there an application fee?
There is no fee for our application.
How can I schedule a time to view the apartment?
You can view any apartment during our scheduled open house dates and times. We do not offer private showings.
What happens after I have an interview?
Once the interview is completed a final decision is usually reached in 2 weeks. If you have not received a follow up call within 2 weeks from the date of your interview you have not been chosen.
I have been approved for an apartment, what is next?
Once you have been approved for an apartment we will start the paperwork process. The paperwork process takes about a week.
Once approved for an apartment, when can I move in?
Once you have been approved for an apartment the whole process takes about 4 - 8 weeks in order for you to move-in.
How long is the move-in process?
Once you have been approved for an apartment it takes 4 - 8 weeks for you to move in. This is due to the city and program paperwork that we complete that then needs to be approved by several entities along with inspection of the apartment unit.
