Our Commitment
Global Realty Development is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Finding a home is not optional, and neither is being able to reach one. Whether you are searching for an apartment, applying with a housing voucher, or listing a property with us, you should be able to do it here — and if this website gets in your way, you should be able to get exactly the same service from a person instead.
Having Trouble? Contact Us
If any part of this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. We want to know, and we will help you finish what you came here to do.
- Text us — (914) 200-4523. This is the fastest way to reach us, and the best option if a voice call is not workable for you.
- Call us — (914) 200-4523, the same number. Our office is open Monday - Friday: 10AM - 6PM. Call during those hours and a member of our team will help you right away.
- Email us — rentals@globalrealtydevelopment.com. This inbox is monitored, and we respond as soon as we are able. If your request is time-sensitive, text or call instead — that reaches us fastest.
It helps if you tell us which page you were on and what you were trying to do, but you do not need to explain anything technical. “I could not fill out the application” is enough for us to act on.
We Will Help You Another Way
You never have to use this website to work with us. Everything the site does, we will do with you directly — at no additional cost, with no difference in service, and with no effect on your application:
- Search available apartments and describe the listings, photos, prices, and features to you by text or over the phone
- Complete a tenant or landlord application with you by text, by phone, or in person
- Send you listings, forms, and documents in a format that works for you
- Schedule and confirm property showings and open house reservations
- Walk you through voucher and program paperwork, including Section 8, CityFHEPS, HASA, and other assistance programs
If you need a reasonable accommodation at any point in the rental, application, or leasing process, ask us. We provide them, and asking will never be held against you.
The Standard We Are Working Toward
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. That is the international standard for making websites usable by people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility or dexterity, or have cognitive and learning differences. It is also the benchmark that United States courts and federal agencies generally look to.
Where We Stand Today
We would rather be straight with you than claim more than we can prove. On August 8, 2026 we reviewed every page of this website against the standard above using automated testing tools, and we fixed everything they found. That included connecting more than a hundred form labels on our tenant and landlord applications so that screen reading software can announce each field by name, correcting text and button colours that were too faint to read, repairing the heading structure used to navigate a page, and adding a “skip to main content” link so you no longer have to move through the whole menu to reach the page.
What we cannot yet claim is that a person who relies on a screen reader has sat down and used this site end to end. Automated tools confirm the structure is correct; they cannot tell us whether it is genuinely pleasant to use. That testing is still ahead of us, so we are not calling this website fully conformant. If something here does not work for you, please tell us — you will be telling us something our tools cannot.
We have chosen not to install an accessibility overlay or plugin. People who use screen readers and other assistive technology have widely reported that those tools interfere with the software they already depend on. We would rather repair the website itself than place a layer on top of it.
Known Limitations
Some content on this site is supplied by third parties we do not control, including embedded maps, review platforms, and social media feeds. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of that content. If you run into it, contact us and we will give you the same information directly.
Equal Housing Opportunity
Global Realty Development complies with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, New York State, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, lawful source of income, or any other protected characteristic.
