AI and language-translation service providers may process chat messages on our behalf so the assistant can understand and respond in the visitor’s language. Do not enter Social Security numbers, government identification numbers or images, banking or payment-card details, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive information into the chat. Use the secure application or document-upload pages when we ask you to provide application materials.
Chat transcripts are retained for up to 12 months after the conversation’s last activity and are then permanently deleted. We may select a shorter three- or six-month retention period.
