If you create an account or submit an application through our platform, you are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Application Process
Submitting a rental application does not guarantee approval or placement. All applications are subject to review by the landlord’s management team, including background checks and program verification. Application fees are non-refundable and cover processing costs regardless of the outcome.
We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, in compliance with all applicable fair housing laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or communication
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Use our services for any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality, security, or performance of our website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of our platform
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from our website without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All listing information is provided for general informational purposes only.
Open-House Reservations
Open-house schedules, capacity, and participating properties may change or be canceled. A reservation helps us plan attendance but does not guarantee property availability, application approval, or a lease. Please confirm the event details before traveling to the property.
After reserving, keep the reservation-management link provided on the confirmation page or in your confirmation message. You may use that link to review or cancel your reservation. Do not share it with others because it provides access to your reservation details.
Payment Terms
Application fees, security deposits, and rent payments are subject to the terms specified in your lease agreement and applicable program guidelines. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card information on our servers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Realty Development and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our services
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in property listings or website content
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Realty Development, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
